Where is Sanger Wellness Center located?

We are located at 401 Elm St, Sanger, TX 76266, serving patients throughout Sanger, TX and the surrounding North Texas area. Call us at (940) 600-4799 to schedule your visit.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday and Wednesday from 10 am to 5 pm, Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm, and Friday and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm. We are closed on Sundays.

What services do you offer?

Sanger Wellness Center offers chiropractic care, functional neurology, massage therapy, specialized pain therapies, medical weight management, IV infusion therapy, vitamin injections, and Renew & Revive cosmetic and skin care services, all under one roof.

Who are the providers at Sanger Wellness Center?

Our team is led by Dr. Mark Darner, DC, DACNB, a board-certified chiropractic neurologist; Stacy McCollom, LMT, owner and licensed massage therapist; and Jennifer Tripp, Surgical First Assistant and master injector who leads our cosmetic services.

Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?
